Answers for your workflow

Frequently asked questions

Can we review work covered by a retainer?

You can compare project time with your planned hours and budget. Recurring retainer billing is not automated; keep the retainer agreement and billing schedule in your existing process.

What can clients see?

Clients can review their project summaries, issued invoices, and linked work through the portal. They do not get access to team timers, calendar planning, or workspace settings. Check shared descriptions before inviting them.

Can we use the records in another system?

Yes. Export CSV or JSON, or build a connection using workspace API keys and webhooks on a supported plan.
